za person997 : Yes i mostly wear a large ring sometimes i wear a banana bar for comfort but i do prefer the look and feel of a ring. This one is a 7mm x 19mm Titanium which is lighter than stainless steel but its a harder material than SS so it takes a heavy duty ring spreader plier to be able to stretch the ring to fit the bead in. Which has its pro's and cons, its harder to fit like i say and requires both hands. However once its in its not going anywhere the bead won't accidentally unclip and fall out then the ring is at risk of coming out and getting lost, which i have had happen with the cheaper spring loaded ball ones and the banana bells with external threads they require thread lock to secure properly. Especially if its something your wearing everyday as i do, i think the manufacturer should put more thought into how they're designed, or maybe they don't because they're selling more that way. I hope that was informative and gave you the answers you needed if your thinking about getting a PA.
