What To Do With A Four Dollar Skirt Outfit Video

Hi, it's me, it's Monica, and this is an outfit video for a little outfit that I

call "What to do with a $4 Skirt." Now the reason I call it that is because I got

this cute little Brandy Melville one-size-fits-all little elastic-y waist

skirt for $4. I got it from Laura's Resale Shop, which it's a local charity

shop here. It's a little bit further south than where I live, but I do get
